WAXWINGS in Little Chalfont - 05 March
You might be interested to know that we had four WAXWINGS in our garden at Chessfield Park this morning at 09.25hrs. They were not feeding but spent about 5 minutes resting in a cherry tree. I think they had probably been attracted by the large number of other birds feeding in the garden. We also had about 10 Redpole and 10 Siskin. Although some of the Redpolls were very pale none of them appeared to have a white rump as far as I could see (Stuart & Lesley Wilson)
