Don Stone and I saw 2 COMMON SANDPIPERS at Missendon Abbey Pond on Tuesday, the first record I have ever known of the species from this location. Little Grebes were also nesting again
Don has also seen a WHINCHAT recently at Pednor Bottom, whilst I saw 2 and 5 NORTHERN WHEATEARS just outside the Recording Area at WEST HYDE...
